Join Hampton Roads Transit and the Virginia Arts Festival on Friday, April 12 at 4:30pm for this special event. Board the ferry and listen to music from one of the Tattoo’s own bagpipers.

Unable to board the ferry? That’s okay! You can still enjoy the bagpipe music by visiting the Waterside dock in Norfolk and the High St dock in Portsmouth
