A meditation practice positively affects our brain function, has been shown to slow the aging of the brain ,reduce inflammatory pathways and improve sleep quality.
Our goal in this workshop is to identify techniques (including mindful breathing, meditation and restorative yoga) that help us become more resilient and move through our days with less anxiety.
In this 2 hour journey you will improve your stress awareness in order to elicit the relaxation response more consistently and practice lifestyle goals – all while connecting with others to expand your sense of social engagement.
