“Come on people, let’s get”… upside down! 😉 This is an “intro” style inversion class. everyBODY that is able to leave their ego at the door is more than welcomed! We practice drills to get you feeling comfortable balancing on your hands first, and build to getting upside down second. Danielle is your guide and she has a bit of experience under her belt. E-RYT 500, FMS, NASM personal trainer, and CF-L1 have all helped Danielle feel confident being upside down.
