Folk music has been called “the people’s music” for its long history of supporting those in need and telling their stories.
In solidarity with the people of Ukraine, Smartmouth Brewing and the local folk music community come together to bring humanitarian aid and comfort to the citizens of Ukraine.
Join us on Saturday, May 28 at Smartmouth’s Norfolk HQ for a musical benefit that will help the Tidewater Ukrainian School and the Tidewater Ukrainian Cultural Association continue their amazing effort to cover the shipping cost of humanitarian aid parcels to Ukraine. The school is also supporting refugee camps in Novy Buh, Zaporizzhya, Dnipro. (Suggested donation is $15, but any amount is appreciated.)
