“Look ma’ I’m”… on my hands 😉 This is an “intro” style arm balance class. We will treat this class like a regular yoga session with “workshop breakouts” as we practice drills to get you feeling comfortable balancing on your hands. Danielle is your guide and she has a bit of experience under her belt. E-RYT 500, FMS, NASM personal trainer, and CF-L1 have all helped Danielle feel confident being upside down.
