Let’s take your intention setting off of the mat and to your very own mala! Heather will be your guide as we get crafty off the mat. You will learn how to use malas in your practice on + off the mat as you create your own mala to take home with you. Supplies is provided. Please come with an open mind and get ready to have some fun off the mat!
